Jacob Soukoreff
Owner, General Director

Jacob founded West- mont Projects in 2017 and serves as Owner and General Director, with overall respon- sibility for company leadership and strategic direction. He establish- es corporate goals and policies, oversees major business decisions, and supervises operations across all construction sites. Jacob leads the project management and site supervision teams and holds au- thority over personnel decisions. Under his leadership, the compa- ny has grown steadily since its acquisition.

Crystal Soukoreff
Owner, Financial Director

Crystal has worked alongside Jacob as co-founder since the establishment of West- mont Projects in 2017. She serves as Financial Director, overseeing administrative opera- tions, cash flow man- agement, accounting, treasury, and payroll. Her role ensures finan- cial stability and opera- tional continuity across the company. Crystal also holds a degree in architectural design, supporting Westmont in design related services and custom projects
