Our work is defined by consistent quality, careful execution, and a thorough understanding of the construction process.

Over time, Westmont has built and retained a team with expertise across all phases of a project—not limited to our trade, but encompassing planning, consideration of all aspects of the project, and delivery as a whole.

This integrated structure allows us to manage projects efficiently while meeting current building code requirements and environmental standards. By overseeing each stage of construction directly, Westmont maintains control over quality, scheduling, and compliance.

Our Westmont project managers are experienced in all aspects of the construction process.

This approach provides continuity throughout the build and clear accountability from start to finish.

Westmont project managers are certified professionals with responsibility for estimating, design coordination, pre-construction planning, site management, quality control, financial oversight, and safety.

Our standard of work is attributed to a highly skilled workforce, most of whom are Red Seal certified, and a consistent focus on quality rather than project volume. With over 500 homes completed in the past decade, quality craftsmanship remains our primary competitive advantage.

History

Today, Westmont Projects completes an average of 20 to 30 projects per year, including both new custom homes and renovations. These projects are primarily located throughout Southern British Columbia.

The company’s home-building operations were established in 2017, when the current owners, Jacob Soukoreff and Crystal Soukoreff, acquired an existing construction company. Since then, Westmont Projects has built up a reputation of quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Over a short period of time, Westmont Projects doubled in size, expanding its workforce from approximately 10 tradespeople to a current team of 20 experienced carpenters. Many members of the team are highly specialized, with half the crew holding Red Seal certification.
